investment when compounded is a powerful tool in compounding and creating wealth
in all types of market we have multi-bagger scrips which move 4 to 10 times in price in a period of 3 years
now if you invest 25 lacs in few multi-bagger,here is an academic calculation to make 200 crores from an investment if 25 lacs
2011-25lacs grows to 1 crore in 2014
2014-1crores grows to 4 crores in 2017
2017-4crores grows to 16 crores in 2020
2020-16 crores grows to 64 crores in 2023
2023-64 crores grows to 256 crores in 2026
2026- you invest 256 crores which grows to 1024 crores in 2029
so as per the above calculation if you begin to invest in scrips which move up by four fold in price and if you reinvest them every three years you get a, whopping amount of 1000 crores in eighteen years
but practically considering few failures in scrip choosing and mis money management i have lowered my projection to 200 crores
